All chairs arrive fully assembled — simply unfold, attach the joystick, and go.
In-person or video setup support is available if preferred.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
You can return your Firefly within 14 days, provided it’s returned in the same condition as received.
Light test marks are acceptable; excessive wear or damage may incur a deduction.
All Etech Mobility products include a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering motors, electronics, frame, and components (excluding normal wear items such as tyres and upholstery).
Support is available Monday – Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
